Our experienced team of addiction and mental health service providers come from a diverse academic and professional background. Each professional brings a unique perspective and wealth of scientific knowledge and experience to our consultations and treatment programs. We strive to provide best practice treatment strategies and training programs to the community and hope to continue in developing innovative mental health and substance abuse treatment plans and training and education programs.

Dr. Karen Kelly

(Ph.D., LPC, NCC, MAC, CCS, CRPS, CPSIV, CAME)

Circle of Recovery founder Dr Karen Kelly has over 30 years professional experience in a variety of Human Service Organizations. Many years were spent in the substance abuse and human services field, providing assistance to adults and adolescents in a range of settings. Dr Kelly is a past President of the Georgia Addiction Counselor Association and is the founding president of Circle of Recovery. She has served as a Project Director at the Morehouse School of Medicine, Cork Institute and the Southeast Addiction Technology Transfer Center in Atlanta. Dr Kelly has also taught at several major universities and as a moderator of online courses throughout the US.
